  • Be advised that if any deposits/withdrawals are to be processed through credit card or e-wallet accounts, these accounts must show same personal details as provided in Royal Palace account registration. No third-party transactions will be allowed.
  • You can keep track of the status of your deposit and withdrawal requests by clicking the Banking button and choosing the Transaction History screen from the Cashier section.

  • Our withdrawal process follows Indian banking days. Requests come after 4pm Friday (2nd and 4th week of the month) could only be processed on the following Monday. Fund may take 1 - 4 banking days to reflect in your account after we payout.
  • Withdrawal requests are considered "pending" until Royal Palace commences their processing.
